Notes to the rental rates

Rates are for the apartment per week and not per person.

We regret that booking requests for all male or female parties below the age of 25 are not accepted.

Includes Clean linen and towels (not for beach) and electricity.

A welcome pack can be provided on request for a small fee.

Non-refundable booking deposit of £100 at time of booking required.

Final outstanding payment required 30 days before arrival date and must be accompanied by a £150 loss/damage deposit - returnable in full subject to no loss or damage being discovered to the property on your departure and upon return of keys.

Cancellation Charges - up to 30 days prior to your arrival date no return of booking deposit. Less than 30 days prior to your arrival date - no refund but £150 ‘loss/damage’ deposit will be returned.

Changeover day is negotiable.

Shorter stay rates available on request as are long term rental rates.
